Sweet and wonderful doctor

I am not easy to please and very rarely do I write reviews, I can almost say never. Doctor Ardnt , was so good in all aspects that I just must say something. From the very first contact with the office I was impressed but after meeting the doctor I felt at home with someone who really cares about his patients . Dr Ardnt, will give you the time you need to fully understand what’s going on and the confidence that he knows what needs to be done. I can’t express enough about how good I finally feel that I have found the Doctor that I have needed for many years. I am 72 with a lot of problems and experience with many Doctors but thanks to Dr Arndt I finally feel like I’m headed in a great direction. I already had an appointment set up for Cleveland Clinic but after meeting Dr Ardnt I canceled that appointment because I found what I needed right here in Ojai. I wish I had found him years ago . This Doctor could charge a lot of money for his consultations but he doesn’t. I look forward to keep working with him and refer everyone that I know.

In my 59 years I've never known a doctor and his staff to make me feel comfortable and assured they know and remember me by my name and history. I'm treated like a human being, seeking help and no matter how many questions I have or how much time it takes to answer, just to reassure me our goal is to get me healthier, instead of me being only a file or case number that he has to brush up on past notes in order to remember who I am, spending most of the visit reaquenting himself with me and my case, leaving me annoyed by having to repeat myself, making no progress having to watch time lapse on our visit, and we've actually accomplished nothing except being told "we've ran out of time and am I still using rite aid pharmacy". While years go by and my body is depleting itself (like what your car does without a tune up or oil change). Dr. Arndt's office truly cares, plainly noticed my 1st visit, I wouldn't go any where else and I haven't even been with him for a year yet.

Dr Arndt is truly amazing. Every time I see him, he gives a lot of his time he listens carefully to what I tell him and makes very complete notes. I highly recommend him. Alan Greenberg
